With this Data Protection Statement we, the Angle Technologies AG (hereinafter Angle Audio, we or us), describe how we collect and further process personal data. This Data Protection Statement is not necessarily a comprehensive description of our data processing. Exception: If you use one of our products or services that is provided to you by your employer or any other third party (together Third Party Provider), the Third Party Provider shall be responsible for the processing of your personal data since it is not us but the Third Party Provider who determines the relevant data protection settings. You must therefore address any data protection concerns and inquiries directly to the Third Party Provider. The processing of your personal data by Angle Technologies AG is governed by an agreement between us and the Third Party Provider. We process your personal data primarily to provide the product or service to the Third Party Provider, and must always comply with the Third Party Provider’s instructions. 2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We primarily process personal data that we obtain from our clients and other business partners as well as other individuals in the context of our business relationships with them or that we collect from users when operating our websites, apps and other applications.

Insofar as it is permitted to us, we obtain certain personal data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. debt registers, commercial registers, internet) or we may receive such information from authorities or other third parties. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device IP address captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
